We are a quick-growing Indian retail chain(B2C) with 27+ stores across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and Kerala, specializing in Beauty & Wellness. With a workforce of 120+ employees, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic Intern.

Job Summary

We are looking for an intern to help us optimize the shopping experience on our website. This role is technical and operational, ensuring our customers have a seamless path from discovery to checkout.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing the upload of content onto the website with the help of internal brand team & third-party brands.
- Create and maintain training materials and web documentation for end users in charge of e-commerce/Loyalty operations.
- Working together with the catalogue team to deliver the information in the format needed for website upload with accuracy.




- Monitor website analytics to identify drop-off points in the customer journey.
- Coordinate with the logistics and customer care teams to ensure order fulfilment and resolve queries.
- Help set up and test promotional banners, regular creatives brand wise/category wise/SKU wise/Seasonality, discount codes, and loyalty program.

Desired Skills

- Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Nykaa, Purple or similar).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Problem-solving attitude and a basic understanding of online retail operations.
- Excellent Communication skills.
