Responsibilities

- Own the vision, priorities, and backlog for Tiger Team initiatives so the team stays focused on the highest-value work
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with teams and stakeholders while handling sensitivities with diplomacy and credibility
- Ensure Tiger Team deliverables integrate cleanly with existing teams, platforms, and roadmaps to reduce friction and improve collaboration
- Continuously reassess and re-prioritize work as EMEA needs evolve, guiding the team through changes in focus across projects
- Translate business goals into clear requirements and delivery plans, partnering with the Lead Engineer to scope and sequence work
- Engage with engineers on systems integration, APIs, backend, and data to make sound trade-offs and priority decisions
- Communicate clear, transparent updates to stakeholders and leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes
- Identify and manage risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies proactively to keep delivery on track




- Work effectively in ambiguity by reframing priorities fast and getting the team productive in new domains and challenges
- Drive momentum on time-sensitive projects while balancing stakeholder expectations with realistic delivery commitments
- Ensure the team consistently shows tangible impact to reinforce the credibility and mandate of the Tiger Team

Requirements

- Extensive IT industry experience, typically 10-18 years across product and delivery environments
- Expert-level product management capability spanning product life cycle, product roadmap, and product vision
- Practical data skills and flexibility to use AI tools to support analysis and decision-making
- Solid grounding in Agile methodologies and iterative delivery practices
- Proven stakeholder management ability to build trust and navigate organizational sensitivities
- Robust technical fluency across systems integration, APIs, backend, and data to make informed trade-offs and priority calls
- Demonstrated competency in risk and dependency management to surface blockers and manage cross-team dependencies early
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and adapt priorities across different problem domains as needs shift
