- Indemnity bond.
- Bank Guarantee.
- Agreement with Customers.
- Credit agreement (with customers/co-loader/ shipping & Airline).
- Affidavit Filing.
- Represent the company in the court of law.




- Preparing and sending legal, notices & further legal actions.
- Filing of legal causes & Appeal filing.
- Bill of lading, Cheque, HUNDI, Promissory notes.
- Motor Vehicle act, E-commerce.
- Marine Law.
- Company law, Negotiable instrument act, Commercial court act.
- Mercantile law, Legal filing, Civil causes.
- Police complaint for non payment of dues.
- Money Suit, Non-fulfilment of promise, Dishonest intention.
- Commercial court filing & proceedings, Negotiable instruments, Cheating / Misappropriation, Non-fulfilment of promise, Breach of contract, Insurance, claims & damages.
- Employee disputes.
