We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Java Developer with a proven track record in architecting, developing, and delivering complex government IT solutions with integrated payment systems. The ideal candidate will have solid technical, architectural, and leadership expertise, particularly in public sector projects and secure financial transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Java development teams to deliver scalable, robust, and secure applications tailored for government and public sector needs.
- Architect and implement enterprise solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, and microservices.
- Design, develop, and integrate payment gateway solutions (Razorpay, PayU, PayPal, Stripe, etc.) ensuring compliance with PCI-DSS and other financial regulations.
- Ensure end-to-end security in application design and deployment, including data protection, API security, and compliance with relevant government standards.
- Integrate and manage database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and optimize transactional operations.
- Implement DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud deployments).
- Mentor, review, and uplift junior developers and teams, ensuring coding standards and delivery quality.
- Interface with government stakeholders, clients, and auditors; translate business needs and ensure transparency throughout project phases.

Required Skills :
- 10+ years hands-on experience in Java development,



with recent focus on Java 8+ and advanced JVM concepts.
- Expertise in enterprise frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs.
- Strong background in payment gateway integration, secure transaction processing, and working with third-party payment APIs.
- Profound understanding of application security (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, encryption, PCI-DSS).
- Experience designing and scaling microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Advanced skills in SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure automation (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and strong documentation practices.

- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to convey complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
