Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and execution of all MICE events from start to finish.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with venue managers, suppliers, and vendors to secure the best terms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure event success.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.
- Oversee logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Ensure all events meet or exceed attendee satisfaction and business objectives
