Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and detail company products to doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.
- Generate prescriptions through effective scientific product detailing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists and distributors.
- Conduct regular doctor and chemist calls as per the company plan.
- Ensure effective coverage of the assigned territory and maintain productive call frequency.
- Execute company promotional activities and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for territory growth.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback.
- Maintain effective doctor and customer relationships.
- Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), tour plans and other required reports on time.
- Maintain ethical selling practices and represent the company professionally.

Eligibility:





- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Candidates with experience in Orthopaedics, Gastroenterology, Gynaecology or Cardiology will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm / B.Sc / Life Sciences graduates preferred.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong doctor relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and territory management.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales objectives.
- Candidates currently working in the respective headquarters will be preferred.
