Job Overview:

The Manager - Managed Services is responsible for leading, scaling, and optimizing the Managed Services practice. This role ensures delivery excellence, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth while aligning managed services strategy with overall business objectives

Work Location : Hyderabad

Qualifications : B.Tech./MTech. /MCA/Degree in Computer Science

Experience: 10+ years of Exp in IT/Managed Services

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT Managed Services Operations and oversees a diverse technology landscape across Wintel, VMware, VDI,O365, Linux, Backup, Storage, Database, Network, Security, End-User Computing, Asset Management, Compliance

Define and execute Managed Services strategy, governance frameworks, and service models that drive SLA performance, automation, and customer satisfaction. Oversee portfolio delivery, customer onboarding, and transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes

Designing IT Infrastructure and capacity planning including DR and BCP taking into consideration Customer Requirement, SLA, Budget, Security and day to day operations and maintenance. Hands on on-premises Data Centre, Cloud. Multi Cloud, Hybrid model,



Multi tenancy /Separate Set up and Vmware Virtualization.

Understanding of ITIL Framework & should be well verse in Service Management

Engaging with Senior folks from Customer for all Technical and Operational issues and build strong relationship with Customers

Be able to work in a fast-paced role with competing priorities. Adaptable to project requirements and does what is required to get the job done

IT Infrastructure Cost Optimization (License Optimization & Infra Optimization)

Understanding of operational service delivery key performance indicators.

Expertise in support, incident management, problem management and change management.

Ability to lead large teams of technical and management professionals to execute against organizational and business goals

Passionate about team building, employee motivation and E-sat , C-Sat.

Entrepreneurship mindset and extensive experience in Product/Platform companies

Conducted regular reviews and performance evaluations of the managed services team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

Understand risks and develop mitigation plans

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing global delivery teams

Exposure to Cloud, Infrastructure, or Application Managed Services

Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and SLA-based delivery models

Proven leadership and client-facing experience.

Robust financial, operational, and stakeholder management skills
