- As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, optimize processes, and ensure the smooth delivery of services

- You will work closely with senior management to implement strategies that improve performance and efficiency

- Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of products/services on time and within budget

- Implement operational strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and increase efficiency

- Manage resources, including staffing, inventory, and logistics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes





- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and improve operational performance

- Key Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role

- Robust knowledge of process optimization and workflow management

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

- Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools

- Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
