System Administrator & Network Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled System administration & Network Engineer responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, virtualization platforms, networking devices, firewalls, and cloud environments. The candidate should have strong experience in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Network Management, Security, and Troubleshooting.

System Administrator

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPO), Microsoft 365, SQL Database, Hyper-V, and VMware environments.
- Perform server installation, configuration, migration, patching, upgrades, and performance monitoring.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, security policies, and access controls.
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions.
- Maintain IT infrastructure including operating systems, application servers, email systems, hardware,



and software.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure, hardware, software, and processes.

Network Engineer

- Configure, implement, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network services.
- Manage network security, device hardening, and access controls.
- Configure and support Routing Protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and Switching Technologies (VLAN, STP, RSTP, HSRP, VRRP, VRF, Port Channel).
- Configure and manage IPSEC Site-to-Site VPN, SSL VPN, and Remote Access VPN solutions.
- Administer enterprise firewalls including Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Check Point, Juniper, and SonicWall.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and availability.
- Troubleshoot network and security incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP/MCSA/MCSE) or equivalent
- CCNP Certification
