We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Lead to oversee the design and front-end development efforts across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will lead a team of UI/UX designers and developers, ensuring timely delivery, design consistency, and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor the UI/UX team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Assign tasks, manage workloads, and monitor progress across multiple ongoing projects.
- Review design prototypes, front-end code, and ensure adherence to UI/UX best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Oversee the entire design lifecycle - from wireframes and mockups to high-fidelity prototypes and final implementation.
- Conduct usability testing and ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices.
- Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and enforce front-end best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
- Coordinate with QA teams to validate UI functionality and consistency.

Required Skills :
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science,



Digital Design, HCI, or related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in UI/UX roles with at least 3+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue (React preferred).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Deep understanding of UX research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Experience managing and mentoring development and design teams.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first UI, and accessibility (WCAG) principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have :
- Experience working on government or e-governance projects.
- Familiarity with secure UI design standards applicable in public sector systems.
- Exposure to AI-based dashboards or analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment environments (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
