Role Overview

Looking for a Techno-Functional Lead with 8–12 years of experience to lead technical deliverables, drive client calls, and mentor a small team (1–2 members). Strong communication and client-facing status reporting skills are required.

Mandatory Skills Required in Candidate Resume:

- Oracle Core DBA (7+ Years): Production experience on Oracle 10g/11g/12c databases across Linux & Windows environments (RAC setup, RMAN, Data Guard, OEM).
- AWS Cloud & Oracle RDS: Direct experience configuring, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining Oracle instances on AWS EC2 and AWS RDS.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization:



Database performance tuning, query optimization, index maintenance, CloudWatch setup, and storage management.
- High Availability & Disaster Recovery: Hands-on execution of DR solutions, clustering, SRDF/replication, database cloning, and vendor patch set updates.
- Automation & Scripting: Solid proficiency in Shell Scripting and PL/SQL programming.
- Client Engagement: Proven experience leading technical updates and status reporting directly with clients.

Preferred / Good-to-Have:

- Exposure to Oracle Financial Cloud (RTR) / EBS Service Contracts or ATMS.
- Experience with SQL Server RDS and cross-platform migrations.
