Talentcorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives to expand our manpower and recruitment services
The role involves generating new business leads, cold calling companies, visiting client locations, giving company presentations and converting prospects into new clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, references and market research
* Identify companies that require manpower and recruitment services
* Make calls to HR/management and introduce our company services
* Visit companies for face-to-face meetings and presentations
* Explain Talentcorp's manpower, recruitment and staffing solutions Understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable solutions
* Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into new business
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
* Achieve monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets
Skills Required
* Valuable communication and convincing skills
* Confident in cold calling and face-to-face client meetings
* Strong lead generation and sales ability
* Good presentation and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel for client visits
* Target-oriented and self-motivated
* Candidates with B2B Sales, Recruitment Sales, Staffing or Corporate Sales experience preferred
* Freshers with good communication and confidence can also apply
Education
Bachelors degree in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, Management or related field. MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
