Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage intercompany reconciliations for multiple entities across various business lines.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the general ledger.
- Perform monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Analyze discrepancies and resolve issues related to record-to-report (RTR) processes.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in shared services or accounting operations.
- Strong understanding of intercompany reconciliation principles and practices.
- Proficiency in RTR processes using SAP or similar systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with tight deadlines.
