Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to onboard and manage property owners, builders, and real estate developers and grow property listings on the Nofeez platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard property owners, builders, and developers.
- Acquire residential and commercial property listings.
- Conduct field visits and meetings with property owners and developers.
- Generate leads and convert them into active listings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with owners and developers.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and onboarding through CRM.
- Achieve monthly owner/developer onboarding and listing targets.

Mandatory Requirements:





- Minimum 2+ years of Real Estate/PropTech experience.
- Previous experience with Magicbricks, 99acres, NoBroker, Housing.com, or a similar property listing platform is mandatory.
- Experience in property owner/developer acquisition and onboarding.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and field-sales skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and target-based work.
- English + Telugu proficiency preferred.
- Graduate preferred.
