Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and maintain policies, procedures, and controls that align with industry standards such as ISO 27001.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on GRC best practices, ensuring awareness of company's security posture.
Job Requirements :
- 6-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in GRC consulting.
- Solid understanding of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
- Proven track record of developing effective GRC programs that drive business outcomes.
