Roles & Responsibilities

1. Week off depends upon roster/No Fixed Saturday/Sunday & Holiday off.
2. Need to visit stores in all areas.
3. Having personal vehicle (bike) is an advantage
4. Working on National Holidays against which you shall be eligible for double pay.
5. Public Holiday will be working against which comp off will be provided
6. Provide outside support to Reliance Retail Outlets for all IT calls (Must have Knowledge on PC, Printers & Basic Knowledge of networking, Networking equipment's).
7. Coordinate with Regional Coordinator for tasks and activities to be performed.
8. Will perform Periodic Preventive Maintenance activities
9.



Get signoffs for activities performed from Store Manager, State IT team and send a report to Retail Helpdesk
10. Coordinate with Retail Helpdesk for ticket status and call closure
11. Coordinate with Retail Helpdesk for Vendor related issues and escalate issues as may be required
12. Coordinate with MSL logistics for spares availability
13. Perform initial physical inventory verification and asset tagging and submit a report
14. Carry out IMAC activity
15. Will perform Rollout activity
16. 50%-70% travelling will be there to cater services.
17. Experience into Hardware & networking.
