Job Highlights:

The Vendor Operations Analyst will support end-to-end vendor management operations, including vendor onboarding and offboarding, vendor governance, compliance monitoring, performance reporting, operational issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination. The role will act as a key liaison between business teams, suppliers, procurement, finance, and support functions to ensure operational excellence, effective vendor governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. The position will also contribute to automation, analytics, and AI-enabled initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and user experience.

Vendor Lifecycle Management

- Support vendor onboarding, offboarding, renewals, and change requests.

- Coordinate vendor due diligence, documentation reviews, and governance activities.

- Maintain vendor records, trackers, and operational data repositories.

- Support supplier compliance reviews and onboarding readiness activities.

Vendor Governance & Performance Management

- Monitor vendor compliance with contractual, regulatory, and business requirements.

- Track vendor performance against established SLAs, KPIs, and service commitments.

- Support vendor scorecards, business reviews, governance meetings, and action tracking.

- Identify performance gaps and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.

Operational Support & Reporting

- Support workforce administration, access governance, training compliance, and operational service requests.

- Prepare operational dashboards, scorecards, reports, and management summaries.

- Analyze operational trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

- Maintain trackers, documentation,



and governance records supporting business operations.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Compliance, PMO, and Business teams.

- Resolve operational issues and provide status updates within defined SLAs.

- Support vendor communication, governance activities, and business reviews.

Process Improvement, Automation & AI

- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize vendor management processes.

- Support implementation of automation and workflow improvement initiatives.

- Utilize reporting, analytics, AI, and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

- Contribute to SOP creation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
