Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Lead (Copywriter) to drive content strategy and create impactful communication across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills along with a strong understanding of digital content trends and social media platforms. This role requires the ability to develop compelling brand narratives, manage content initiatives, and ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content for digital, social media, website, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand communication materials.
- Lead the content creation process, ensuring alignment with brand tone, business objectives, and target audience.
- Write, edit, proofread, and optimize content to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Create compelling copy for social media campaigns, blogs, emailers, product communication, and promotional materials.
- Monitor emerging content trends, digital marketing practices, and social media developments to keep brand communication relevant.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and business teams to create integrated communication campaigns.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice across all channels.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.




- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and business outcomes.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
- Master s degree or relevant certifications in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 8-10 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, branding, or communication roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, social media content, and creative writing projects.
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling content and storytelling.
