Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related issues using various print management tools.
- Perform remote support sessions via phone or video conferencing for users located in different time zones.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in Desktop Support or It Support role.
- Robust understanding of Windows operating system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols and WiFi configurations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent communication skills.
