Job Description / Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate effectively with clients to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and recruitment timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new clientele/business opportunities.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, monitor performance, allocate requirements, and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with business associates and recruitment partners for sourcing and candidate delivery.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple job functions and levels.
- Track recruitment progress, interview schedules, candidate feedback, and offer closures.
- Ensure achievement of recruitment targets and maintain robust client and candidate relationships.
