Experience: 1+ Year

Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month, based on performance

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate student placements and interview processes

* Build and maintain relationships with companies

* Develop recent **client/company tie-ups** for placement opportunities

* Coordinate with HR teams and hiring companies

* Track placement activities and follow up with candidates

* Support the team in achieving placement targets

Preferred Skills

* 1+ year experience in **HR / Recruitment / Placement Coordination**

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability

* Target-oriented and proactive approach
