Job Description:

Candidates should handle Inbound International Calls from customers looking for holiday packages. Understand their requirements, offer the best travel deals, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Inbound Voice Process
- Understand customer preferences & design customized holiday packages
- Provide competitive pricing, offers & destination guidance
- Convert inquiries into bookings through strong closing skills
- Upsell add-ons (hotels, upgrades, activities)
- Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue & KPIs




- Maintain CRM updates & customer follow-ups

Eligibility:

- 1+ year experience in International Voice Sales (UK)
- Robust in Inbound Sales, Upselling, Objection Handling & Closing
- Excellent English communication skills
- Target-driven & revenue-focused mindset
- Comfortable with rotational shifts & week-offs
