Desired Profile

- Experience in Tele Sales, Service Coordination, or Retail Sales • Solid persuasion and negotiation skills
• Comfortable handling customer objections
• Knowledge of Apple products
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities

- Attend all incoming calls and ensure missed-call percentage is below 1% • Increase conversion from lead to walk-in and repair
• Understand customer issues and service requirements
• Book appointments and guide customers to the nearest iCare center
- Follow up with customers who have not visited the service center
• Provide stock and repair status updates
• Promote AppleCare+ and accessories
• Share daily reports on appointments, conversions, and revenue generated

Qualification

Any Diploma or Graduate with good spoken English.
