Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install new software applications on company devices and configure settings as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in desktop support or IT support role.
- Robust knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10) and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware problems with desktops/laptops/printers/peripherals.
