JOB DESCRIPTION TELECALLING EXECUTIVE

### Job Summary

Veranda RACE is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven **Telecalling Executives** to connect with prospective students, explain courses, generate admissions, and provide excellent customer service.

### Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided database.

* Explain courses, fees, benefits, and admission process.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.

* Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.

* Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve sales targets.

* Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM.

* Schedule counseling sessions and branch visits.

* Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues.

* Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for successful enrollment.

### Eligibility

* Any Graduate / Undergraduate.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Experience in telecalling,



telesales, education sales, or customer service is an added advantage.

### Required Skills

* Excellent communication skills in **Tamil**.

* Basic English communication preferred.

* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

* Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

* Basic computer knowledge – MS Office, CRM & Email.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
