We're Hiring | Demand Side Sales Professional

Experience Required: 3–6 Years
Location: Lucknow

BiofuelCircle is looking for a passionate Demand Side Sales professional to drive customer acquisition, develop new business opportunities, and expand our demand-side customer network in North.

Required Skills

Identify and develop recent markets, customers, business opportunities and revenue streams.

Develop and execute GTM strategies for new products, geographies and business verticals.

Build strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, channel partners and other ecosystem stakeholders.

Drive adoption and scale-up of SaaS-based digital platforms by onboarding customers, partners and ecosystem stakeholders, while leveraging technology to streamline operations and enable scalable business growth.

Lead end-to-end business development from market assessment and opportunity identification to commercial closure and execution.

Prepare business cases, pricing strategies and commercial proposals to assess business viability.

Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, partnerships and long-term agreements.

Drive customer acquisition, sales pipeline development and revenue growth.

Monitor market trends,



competitor activity, regulatory developments and customer requirements.

Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, KPIs and business performance.

Identify operational and commercial gaps and develop solutions to improve scalability, profitability and customer experience.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.

Negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and build lasting business relationships.

Strategic thinking and ability to spot new business opportunities.

Strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and optimize business growth opportunities.

Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales software.

Time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
