Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on Appian experience
- Appian Lead Developer Certification Mandatory
- Robust experience in Appian BPM implementation
- Appian Architecture / Solution & Infrastructure Architecture
- Strong knowledge of Appian Objects – Records, Reports, Process Models, Expression Rules, Interfaces, CDTs, Web APIs, Integrations, Connected Systems
- SAIL / Embedded SAIL
- REST & SOAP Web Services
- Java / J2EE – Servlets, JSP, EJB, JDBC
- Appian Plugins / Smart Services / Function Plugins
- CI/CD exposure – Jenkins / GitHub / Bitbucket / Ansible
- Experience in Agile / SAFe methodologies

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design, development, testing and deployment of Appian BPM solutions.
- Work on end-to-end Appian implementation from design to deployment.
- Provide Appian solution and infrastructure architecture.
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams in Agile environments.
- Support consultants and clients in resolving technical and business challenges.
