Role Overview: BeatO is looking for a Sales Executive to engage with inbound and assigned leads, educate potential customers about its GLP-1 weight management and diabetes care programs, and convert them into paying customers. The role involves telephonic sales, consult booking, follow-ups, objection handling, and driving revenue through effective customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and follow up with leads generated through various channels.
- Understand customer health goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Book consultations and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle objections related to pricing, safety, side effects, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with doctors, care teams, and operations for seamless onboarding.
- Achieve sales targets related to bookings, revenue, and collections.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 1-4 years of telesales, telecalling, or inside sales experience.




- Preferred experience in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, pharmacy, edtech, fintech, or weight-loss programs.
- Strong communication and sales closure skills.
- Fluent in Hindi with basic English proficiency.
- Comfortable working from office and using CRM tools.
- Target-driven with strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
