Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) with robust expertise in GRC/IRM and enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture. The candidate will be responsible for driving architecture strategy, governance, and roadmap initiatives while partnering with senior and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and solution design for GRC/IRM.
- Own Architecture Governance and Architecture Review Board activities.
- Define and maintain the enterprise ServiceNow roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership for complex ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
- Review solution designs, architecture decisions, technical standards, and platform strategy.
- Identify architectural risks,



dependencies, and opportunities for platform optimization.
- Collaborate with business, technology, security, and delivery teams.
- Manage relationships and effectively communicate with executive/C-level stakeholders.

Required Skills

- ServiceNow CTA Certification Mandatory
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience; 8+ preferred.
- Strong experience in GRC / IRM (Integrated Risk Management).
- Architecture Governance / Review Board ownership.
- Enterprise Architecture and ServiceNow roadmap experience.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and enterprise solution design.

Candidates without active ServiceNow CTA certification will not be considered.
