What would you do This role is part of the Global Capability Center GCC and is designed to take on key sales administrative and data management activities currently handled by Customer Engagement Support Executives CESs. The objective is to free up CES capacity for higher value client facing strategic work while the GCC team delivers accurate timely and process driven operational support.Supporting the sales for License training pricing budgeting and negotiation Backend supportEquip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.
What are we looking for Primary skill - Sales Enablement Bachelors degree in Business Commerce Economics or a related fieldRelevant years of experience in sales operations data management MIS reporting or a similar analytical support roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel lookups pivots data cleaning and PowerPointExcellent attention to detail with the ability to run quality checks and spot data discrepanciesStrong written and verbal communication skills for cross geography collaborationAbility to manage multiple accounts and deliverables simultaneously under tight timelines
Roles and Responsibilities:
Category Data Management and AnalysisExtract and prepare data inputs from Circana and internal sources based on CSE defined guidelines for Priorities and Indexed Items decksLook up and analyze SKU level data in Circana populate required templates and troubleshoot data discrepanciesInterpret findings and prepare outputs in the desired format for CSE reviewRecommendation Deck and Master List PreparationCollate master data and SKU information needed for client specific recommendations populate in required formatsPopulate pre agreed slide templates with data and content iterate based on CSE feedbackSupport with additional data pulls and content updates as the recommendation deck evolvesCustomer Portal OperationsPrepare client specific formats for current item uploads to customer portals run thorough quality checks before submissionModify and remove items on customer portals based on CSE instructions source supplementary data as neededCollaborate with retailer contacts and internal teams to resolve access issues and account specific nuancesPromotional Data ManagementMaintain and update all account specific promotional information and Excel files furnish data to CSEs on demandUpload promotional details into customer portals across all assigned accounts manage account specific upload requirementsStandardize optimize and where possible automate file and data maintenance processes across accountsProcess Orientation follow structured workflows and maintain consistency across accountsAnalytical Thinking comfort working with large data sets and drawing out actionable inputsProactive Communication seek guidance flag issues early and collaborate with onshore stakeholdersAdaptability absorb account specific nuances and adjust as processes evolveContinuous Improvement Mindset drive to standardize and optimize recurring tasks
