Job Description International Chat & Email Support (US Night Shift)

Work Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: Continuous Night Shift (US Shift) No rotational shifts
Cab Facility: One-way drop provided
Experience: Minimum experience required (Freshers not eligible)
Education: Graduation is mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills to support our international clients through chat and email. This role requires solid written communication abilities, multitasking skills, and a customer centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via chat and email for an international process
- Provide accurate and timely responses
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction




- Work during US night shifts on a fixed schedule

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory
- Freshers are not eligible
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in fixed night shifts
- Ability to report to office (Chennai Porur)

Interview Process

1. Technical Interview Virtual
2. Assessment Round Offline at NTT DATA office (Mandatory in person attendance)
