- Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, statutory requirements, and company policies always.
- Maintain safety records, documentation, and compliance reports as per ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 and client requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, Waste Management plan and job safety analysis (JSA) for site activities.
- Monitor and enforce safe work practices at site, ensuring compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
- Develop and implement safety procedures, emergency response plans, and safe operating practices.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and regular training for employees and contractors.
- preparing and conducting Mock Drills (Fire, First Aid, Evacuation, Chemical Spill, Heat Stress, Natural Calamity etc.).
- Carry out site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations; prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, and statutory bodies on HSE matters.
- Promote safety awareness and develop a robust safety culture across all levels of the workforce.
