Role & responsibilities

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system improvements.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions. Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level packaged applications with a focus on performance and reliability.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive resolution and continuous improvement.- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal application performance.- Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
