- Experienced Candidates: 25,000 28,000 In-Hand
- Working Days & Shift:

- 6 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts
- 1-Way Cab Facility Available During Odd Hours
- Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide resolutions over calls, chat, or email
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Handle escalations professionally
- Follow company policies and process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply




- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
