Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Expert with 7-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

Location- Bangalore/Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work on ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and technical challenges.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements.
- Perform testing, deployment, and production support.




- Follow ServiceNow development and implementation best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Good knowledge of ITSM modules and processes.
- Experience with JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST APIs.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
