**WE HAVE VACANCY FOR (SENIOR RESIDENT ,ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR, PROFESSOR in ENT Department ) FOR PRIVATE MEDICAL COLLEGE IN JABALPUR (MADHYA PRADESH )

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: MS,DNB(ENT)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE .

- For Associate Professor:-Minimum 5 yrs experience
- For Assistant Professor -3 years of experience.
- for Senior Resident 0-1 years of experience.
- experience should be from recognized permitted medical college after acquiring related Degree.
- Salary:- As per industrial norms

Academic Duties:-

- *Supervise and support teaching assistants.
- *Participate in departmental and college activities.
- *Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees.
- *Evaluate, monitor and mentor student academic progress.
- *Transfer to students theoretical information, practical skills, methods and techniques

SR Clinical Duties:-

- Perform independently /assist in procedures as per the clinical privileges authorized.
- Treat & manage the / in patients.




- Maintain a patient log book/ records.
- To assist with review of patient's medical records as part of quality assurance studies. Gather data for quality assurance studies.
- To complete patient history form, visit patient and review medical record. Obtain relevant clinical information for inclusion in report.
- Interaction with patient attendants to brief them about current status, anticipated recovery and any other specific issues or problems
- Supervise all nursing/ paramedical & non-medical staff of the department to maintain discipline and high standard of medical care at the department as per standard operating procedure.
