Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, preferably with experience in Oracle technology hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work on Oracle technology requirements such as Oracle Fusion SCM, Finance, Technical and Middleware roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period and CTC.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Handle stakeholder coordination and recruitment demands.




- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate trackers and ATS records.

Candidate Requirements

- 3+ years of IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
- Oracle hiring experience preferred.
- Robust sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Must be comfortable working 5 days from office.
- Candidates should be comfortable with C2H employment.
