Business Development Manager Role:

The Business Development Manager Role that will be responsible for leading the B2B Sales to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Location: Spaze Plazzo Positions Based In India for European Territory

Job Objective & Key Deliverables:

• Establish relationships and close deals with top Hotel Owners & Vacation Rental Companies and Brands in Europe (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium)

• Negotiate a mutually agreeable home rental agreement by presenting to them the value addition via commercial analysis to join the OVH network

• Create contract frameworks and negotiate the terms with clients to close sales

• Actively create new sales opportunities through cold calling, social media,



conferences

• Drive partner sales revenue for short/medium/long-term strategies through regular pipeline, create prospect with partners to manage through upselling in alignment to the business plan

• Manage complex contract negotiations involving legal, marketing and business terms

• Ensure Homeowners and their homes are successful through continuous key account management

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience driving B2B sales in a highly competitive environment.

• Experience with a Vacation Rental Industry would be a clear advantage.

• Willing to travel extensively to Europe

• Experience in managing an Internationally diverse territory

• Experience with a proven track record in growing revenues through alliances

• Experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships

• Experience engaging with senior executives and with decision-making processes in enterprise customers

• Adept in using CRM Tools / Pipeline Academics & Education Graduation / Post Graduation
