Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Order to Cash (OTC) processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies, address customer complaints, and improve overall OTC efficiency.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes as needed to optimize cash flow.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
Job Requirements :
- 8-20 years of experience in SAP SD or similar ERP system.
- Solid understanding of Order to Cash (OTC) processes and procedures.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
