Job Description-

Key Responsibilities

- Sell Life Insurance products to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through self-sourcing, references, existing customer base and other sales activities.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, advantages, premiums and policy terms.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular interaction with existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of insurance proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales and conversions.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements and sales processes.
