TCS is hiring for AEM Senior Developer

Experience : 6 to 10 years

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

A. Platform Ownership & Technical Setup

- Environment Provisioning: Own the end-to-end setup of AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environments.
- Architecture Governance: Define and maintain the Global Reference Architecture, ensuring all project teams adhere to Sling, OSGi, and Oak repository best practices.
- CI/CD Leadership: Direct the configuration of Adobe Cloud Manager, including custom functional tests, UI testing suites, and code quality gates.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee Dispatcher security filter configurations, SSL management, and integration with Enterprise Identity Providers (Okta/Azure AD).

B. Enablement & Best Practices

- The "Enablement Playbook": Create and maintain a centralized Wiki/Repository of coding standards, branching strategies, and component reuse guidelines.
- Component Library Management: Oversee the "Core Component" strategy to ensure teams are not reinventing the wheel and are utilizing OOTB (Out of the Box) features effectively.
- Performance Tuning: Establish baseline performance metrics (Core Web Vitals)



and provide guidance to teams on optimizing caching and CDN (Cloudflare/Akamai) strategies.

C. Adobe Liaison & Roadmap Strategy

- Adobe Partnership: Serve as the Primary Technical Contact for Adobe Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Technical Account Managers (TAMs).
- Roadmap Alignment: Evaluate upcoming Adobe releases (e.g., Edge Delivery Services, Franklin, or AI-integrated features) and conduct Impact Assessments for the current tech stack.
- Escalation Management: Lead the resolution of platform-level "Blocker" tickets with Adobe Support, ensuring timely RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for any environment outages.

3. Required Experience & Skills

Technical Skills

- Expertise: experience with AEM (6.5 or AEMaaCS).
- Cloud Native: Deep understanding of Adobe Cloud Manager and AEM as a Cloud Service architecture.
- Integrations: Proven experience integrating AEM with the broader Adobe Experience Cloud (Target, Analytics, Launch/Tags, and AEP).
- DevOps: Robust knowledge of Maven, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and Dispatcher optimization.

Soft Skills

- Consultative Mindset: Ability to advise multiple product owners on technical feasibility.
