L2 Production Support Engineer

Location: Bangalore
Shift Timing: 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM IST
Experience: 5-10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 production support for business-critical applications and services.
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage and maintain Windows servers, SQL databases, and batch scheduling processes.
- Work with monitoring tools such as Splunk and SCOM to identify and resolve system issues proactively.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities through ServiceNow/ITSM processes.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust experience in L2 Production Support




- Windows Administration
- SQL
- Monitoring tools (Splunk, SCOM)
- Job scheduling tools (Control-M or equivalent)
- Incident & Problem Management
- ITSM/ServiceNow
- Ability to work in Australia business hours (4 AM - 12 PM IST)

Good to Have

- Payments / Acquiring domain experience
- AWS S3
- Automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell, etc.)
- PCI-DSS knowledge
- SAP BODS

Preferred Candidate: Strong troubleshooting mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting high-availability production environments.
