Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategy for trading and analytics platforms
- Lead a team of QA engineers, providing technical mentorship and career development
- Design test automation frameworks for focusing on performance, reliability, and accuracy
- Collaborate with trading desk, users, and development teams to understand business requirements
- Develop performance test packs for latency analysis and capacity planning
- Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools
- Participate in UAT processes with users and key stakeholders for front to back initiatives
- Proactive analysis of incidents to implement preventive measures

Required Qualifications and experience

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- 9-14 years of software QA experience, strictly in financial services
- Strong understanding of global financial markets, trading systems
- Expert knowledge of automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/deployment
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Strong background in test automation tools and frameworks
- Deep understanding of FIX protocol and other financial messaging standards
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID II, Reg NMS, etc.)
- Handson with GitLab,



Jenkins/Gitlab CI
- Good to know monitoring tools such as Grafana/Prometheus

- Investment Banking domain good understanding of capital markets
- Knowledge of Equity Trading Markets

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Strong background in test automation tools and frameworks
