Job Description: Product/Digital Lead

Role Overview

The Digital Lead will be responsible for driving technologyenabled initiatives, managing system integrations, and delivering digital improvements across the organization. This role acts as the central coordination point between Business, Internal IT, BDTS, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of digital solutions. The ideal candidate must proactively track emerging technologies, identify opportunities for adoption, and translate them into structured, actionable implementation plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage endtoend system integration activities for digital platforms and core business workflows.
- Coordinate with Internal IT, BDTS, and business teams to ensure timely development, testing, and deployment of digital enhancements.
- Conduct continuous market scanning to monitor current technologies, digital tools, automation solutions, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate ideation workshops and convert digital opportunities into welldefined requirements, documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
- Oversee feasibility studies,



requirement assessments, and technical validations for upcoming digital initiatives.
- Enable smooth crossfunctional communication by providing regular project updates, resolving integration gaps, and escalating issues when required.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, security protocols, and quality standards for all digital initiatives.
- Support postdeployment reviews, performance tracking, and enhancement cycles to strengthen and scale digital adoption.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong understanding of digital platforms, enterprise system architecture, and integration methodologies.
- Proven experience in crossfunctional coordination with technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured digital requirements and execution plans.
- Awareness of emerging digital solutions, automation tools, and customerexperience technologies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to ideate, evaluate, and implement digital solutions effectively.
