Job Responsibilities -
- Respond to inbound/outbound calls to customers regarding activations, upgrades, and plan details, ensuring explicit and accurate information is provided.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to develop strategies for improving sales techniques, customer retention, and overall service quality.
Voice Selects : Good Communication in English
Salary : Fresher 15k
