Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales in the Indian market. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and end-to-end sales execution across B2B segments such as jewelers, retailers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and onboard potential clients such as jewelers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across India

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital platforms (LinkedIn, databases, etc.)

Maintain and update lead pipelines using CRM tools

2. Sales & Deal Management

Present and promote lab-grown diamond products to prospective clients

Explain product features including certification, pricing, and value proposition

Negotiate pricing and close deals aligned with company policies

Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

3. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients





Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support

Drive repeat business and upselling opportunities

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks in the Indian market

Share regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights with management

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics) for smooth order execution

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

1 to 4 years of experience in sales / business development (Jewelry, Retail, B2B preferred)

Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of the gems & jewelry industry (good to have)

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

Target-driven with a proactive approach
