The chance: Senior Consultant-National-Tech Consulting-CNS - TC - SAP - Mumbai

Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules (e.g., order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation).
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements.
- Provide expert recommendations for process improvements and SAP best practices.
- Map business processes to SAP SD functionalities.
- Work closely with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FICO) to ensure seamless integration.
- Collaborate with technical teams for developments, interfaces, and reports.
- Support integration with third-party applications where applicable.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP SD issues.
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Conduct system testing and UAT for new configurations and developments.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents,



and user manuals.
- Train business users and junior consultants on SAP SD functionalities.
- Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure alignment.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
- Master of Business Administration

Experience
- Business Analysis (3+ years)
