Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll processes for employees in the engineering & construction industry.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as ESIC, PF, Gratuity Act, and other relevant laws.
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in human resource management or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of attendance management systems and payroll processing software.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
