Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead residential and modular kitchen interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop creative design concepts based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed space plans, layouts, and interior design solutions.
- Create, review, and finalize detailed construction and working drawings.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and other design elements as per project requirements.
- Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of the design.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and present design concepts.
- Manage design revisions and incorporate client feedback effectively.
- Prepare and present project quotations and design proposals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, execution quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Perform quality checks throughout the project lifecycle and ensure timely resolution of design or execution-related issues.




- Support project scheduling and coordination to ensure projects are completed within the planned timelines.
- Maintain high standards of innovation, functionality, aesthetics, and overall design quality.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related Design discipline is mandatory.
- Proven experience in residential and kitchen interior design projects.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, layout planning, construction drawings, and material selection.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and contractors.
- Strong project coordination and site execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should be willing to work full-time from the office/site in South Mumbai.
