We are looking for an experienced Senior Hiring Specialist with strong expertise in senior-level and leadership hiring, preferably from the Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end hiring for Senior Management and CXO-level positions.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche and leadership roles.
Handle stakeholder management and understand business hiring requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
Drive the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Senior Management/CXO hiring is mandatory.
Industry exposure in F&B;, FMCG, Retail, or similar sectors preferred.
Solid sourcing, networking, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple senior-level mandates independently.
